We did go there to perform Pitru Puja and saw the sun rise there. The place has the charges listed, however don't expect to get it done at that price, you end up paying 25-30 times more than the advertised price.

Its close to main Temple, good for sea breeze and walking along it. There is place just 2-3 kms beyond this place, where one can explore various water sport activities. Please do inquire first as its open during particular months only.
