Really pretty and secluded beach, lovely view and much nicer than sairee beach were we staying.. There were rocks that some people were cliff diving from (about 15 meters high), great for snorkelling, loads of fish and coral. I'd recommend taking or hiring water shoes as the coral started within 10 meters of the sea and could be painful if... More

Koh Tao was a beautiful island that ended in a nightmare. My friend was one of many people murdered here. I wouldn't recommend a visit it's just not worth it. 'It won't happen to me' that's what we thought. It was a pretty island and we did are open water with crystal they were awesome but I didn't feel safe... More

We decided to park the moped at the Charm Churee Villa and walk. It took about 15 minutes to walk to Sai Nuan Beach 1. We got there early-ish (around 10:30) and there was only another family and a couple there as well. There was a little bit of trash along the shore break, but nothing extravagant. Fair amount of... If you're looking to get away from the noise on Koh Tao, head to Sai Nuan. The beach is smaller, but much more tranquil with fewer people. There are a few rustic restaurants, and though we didn't try them, they looked pretty laid back with people hanging out and reading books. The granite boulders in the water look super cool,... More

Every day for a week ive been there just watching the sea... the water is clean as glass and the sand is thin as can be. Perfect place to do some snorkeling, recommended to go at night, and have a drink next to the water. Its a magical place.

We were going down the list of things to do in Koh Tao and this place got remarkable ratings. Since everyone describe the mountain walk to be very difficult, we decided to take a water taxi, after much haggling we got 300 baht for both of us one way with the promise of a return trip for the same price... After reading so many reviews about koh tao we decided to take a ferry ride there but not too sure about which beach to go for. After reading fellow travelers reviews we decided to go to Sai Nuan Beach. It was a very good decision and we were so happy we went there. from the Mae Haad Pier it was... More

This little beach was a perfect spot if you don't want to be around a crowded beach. Depending what time you go there might be one person there or 10 but it's a lovely beach to visit. The walk there isn't the easiest, you walk through resorts and trails around resorts etc. But it's definitely worth it when you get... More
