Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The stupa is impressively large and well kept up. But other than that, not much to say. You can walk around it, even up close (you have to look for the unmarked arch that leads closer) but YOU CANNOT GO INSIDE. No interior entrance to speak of. A few biggish Buddha statues are along the perimeter. (The one room with interesting wall art didn't allow photos.) And lots of pilgrims. I saw dozens of monks that appeared to be sleeping on the premises, with bed rolls under the roofed sections.
This appears to be an important site for the Thai people: Even on a pandemic-times weekday, the huge parking lot was packed.
However, as a western tourist, not worth the trip from Bangkok. Especially if you've seen your share of Wats already. (The sorta nearby dragon temple - Wat Sam Phran - is more entertaining for a tourist and could use the visitors.)

The Chedi is impressive because of its size and color. Otherwise, there is a lot of knick-knacks on offer around this 18th century building, which is meant to commemorate the beginnings of Buddhism in Thailand (from around the 4th century AD). Why does there have to be a furniture warehouse at the foot of this building? Well, the night market is part of it. But do you have to travel the last few meters to the entrance by moped? That only annoys the visitors. So a little more respect and more distance from all kinds of commercial activities around this building would be even more impressive.

This temple is located very close to Nakhon Pathom Railway station. It is considered as one of the most sacred Buddhist temples of Thailand . It is located in the Nakhon Pathom province. Tourist can go there by bus, van or by train from Bangkok railway station. It is a very large temple situated on a huge land area. The pagoda has cannonical hape with a dome. It may take 2 hours to walk around. It has stairs to climb up and there is a golden Buddha statue for worship.

This place is a must to be visited for first start tour on the city. There are many spots to checkout esp. museum which is on the way between Laung Po Phra Ruang rojanarit and Luang Po Prathannporn . It’s temporary kept buddha relics here, so we can pay respect closeup. Walking clockwisely , then Jao Mae Thakian thong cave, King Rama the V monastery and finally reclining 14 metred long Buddha. Please allow 1-2 hours to visit all spots of attraction in this place.

Phra Pathom Chedi is one of the important tourist attractions in Nakhon Pathom. The highlight is a very large golden chedi in the middle. You can pay homage to monks and there are many restaurants or street food that are delicious and famous.

This is Wat Phra Pathom Chedi Ratchaworawihan. It is the largest pagoda in Thailand. I am very proud to be in Nakhon Pathom. I've seen Wat Phra Pathom Chedi. Very beautiful. Surrounding the temple is shady. Suitable for coming with family or friends. Or will you come alone because you might find good friendships? The people here are very kind and friendly. I love it here.

I would recommend everyone to go It's a place I frequent. Because this place is like a night market. All Nakhon Pathom residents know this place for sure. This market is only sold in the evening. There are various food stalls. both savory and dessert.
This place is open for sale everyday. The route to come here is very convenient. There is enough parking space for everyone. Or the bus can stop near the station. and can walk into the market only a short distance.

Phra Pathom Chedi is one of the places I visit often. go to pray for blessings on various occasions such as birthdays, new years There is a wide area to walk around and look around. The atmosphere is good, the wind blows all the time. There is a place to take beautiful photos and around there are many things to eat. There are many places to pray here. And there are quite a lot of interesting things. If the situation now improves, I will go to it again.

The chedi is located right opposite the station. We went there because we were taking the train to go to Kanchanaburi. Entrance to the temple is free. It is quite impressive and on the day of our visit there was a lot of excitement all around with a large market and many street food stalls. A nice visit.
