Where to start? Bhud has designed a retreat programme that, over the course of the week, left me feeling lighter, stronger, calmer and altogether happier and open to receive whatever the world has in store! Firstly there is Bhud herself - she kind of defies description, but she is honestly one in a million. She radiates love, warmth, kindness and... More

Perfect retreat. This was actually my first retreat and even my first experience with yoga - and I loved every minute of it. Perfectly doable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. And Bhud is a lot of fun. Besides the intense yoga workout in the morning, Bhud gives a very interesting daily yoga philosophy class, yin yoga (stretching) in the... More

Exactly what I was looking for. The food was superb and Bhud was so much fun, she's a great teacher. Amazing value for what's included.

The yoga and meditation experiences started on a Monday afternoon and ended mid day Saturday. Our daily group schedule included body awakening, breath exercises, sun salutations, the standing warrior and sitting asanas, yoga philosophy, chanting, and meditation instruction. We were also served excellent vegetarian meals and tropical fruits were always available for snacking. My biggest break through was meditation. Meditation... More

Really nice retreat! Pleasant atmosphere, with a well- balanced program, addressing the philosophy of yoga in many aspects, from the practice of exercise, through healthy choice of life. Bhud is the wonderful person to guide us on this journey of deep self-assessment and projection of a life with more quality, with deep wisdom and love. The room is very good.... More

Amazing experience. I would go again. Lovely insightful lady with beautiful powerful energy, that gradually seeped into me and left me feeling incredibly inspired both emotionally and physically. As a total yoga virgin, I was slightly apprehensive, but Bhud's brilliant teaching, kindness and humour...made me feel completely comfortable and I felt like a different person at the end of the... I did this retreat last summer and am still drawing from the energy, insights and spirit of this wonderful space and time. There is hatha and yin yoga to keep you moving, silent periods to find stillness and good food, friendly vibes and an inspiring teacher to open your heart. I can't believe it was only 5 days, but it... More

I had a great time at xhale yoga! I did a five days retreat and everything was awesome: the organisation, the location, the food and especially the yoga and meditation classes. It's made for all levels, even you are a beginner. Bhud, the yogi master, is just awesome. Thanks so much for the fantastic time I had there!

I couldn't possibly describe how life changing this retreat can be, if you keep your mind and heart open to learning a different way of practicing. Every detail from the asana classes to the Q&A sessions, the mornings spent in silence, the unbelievably healthy and delicious food, the gorgeous surroundings and comfortable accommodation, every detail was full of care and...
