Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The largest of the trading domes in Bukhara and a good taste of everyday life in the old city.
I'm not that into shopping but this beautiful 14th century structure with it's high arches and hustle and bustle are well worth dropping into to see and experience

This is the largest trading dome of Bukhara. The Toki-Zargaron dome is stretched upwards and strengthened with ribs which makes it different from the others. The name Zargaron is connected with the word “zargar” which can be translated as “goldsmith”. There used to be more than 30 jewelers here but only a few remain amongst the other shops.

The largest of several traditional trading domes dotted around Bukhara.
This one is right in the centre of town.
It is incredible to think that sellers have been using this building continuously for 500 years.

This is the most northern, earliest and largest of Bukhara's trading domes. It was once the goldsmith dome but now ceramics, cloth, metal works and other souvenirs can also be purchased here.

The Toqi Sarrafon was originally the bazaar of money changers. This toqi is smaller than the other bazaars and probably the oldest. Since Islam is “skeptical” about money transactions, the money changers were mostly Hindus, or Jews. Near this domed bazaar are also offered fragments of carpets from which bags etc. have been made.
