Was totally disappointed!! Went for a relaxing spa day for my mates 40th and the whole time your laying there all you can hear is the loud pop music, people screaming, Builder’s working. I would have had a better experience in down town Kuta - will not be going back or recommending to friends. It was also really overpriced and you nearly got carried away by the flies.

We came here after the sunrise walk up the volcano. I have to say the Hot Spring should be renamed luke warm springs, we also paid for entry and breakfast. The breakfast was an all you can eat and both me and my wife left after only one mouthful , it looked like it had been left out all morning it was cold and the amount of flys around just made it feel so dirty and unclean. It says it natural hot springs but I think it’s really just a hot pool. Would definitely NOT recommend this place. Next door did look nice.

This place is advertised as as a healthy hot spring but it is absolutely not. You can expect a filthy, lukewarm public swimming pool. We asked several of the staff whether there was a mistake and as an answer all of them gave some variation of “try another pool”, which we did in vain.
Locker rooms are decrepit and in maintained.
Food is overpriced (breakfast cost us >250K) and is covered in flies. We obviously ate none of it.
We were charged for all of these things before we could see what we were buying and even though we promptly returned to the front desk to get a refund before using the facilities we were told that because we walked past the front desk we were not allowed a refund. It is also impossible to speak to a manager as the employees simply pretend to call the manager and the manager pretends not to be on premises.
Altogether we lost about 1,000,000 Rp.

Food quality was so bad 👎🏽, service was meh, natural ‘hot’ spring was…… NOT HOT. I dipped my foot and left. Overpriced especially for tourists. And definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a hot spring experience after mount batur hike or having lunch.

Avoid it a all costs. Dirty. Locker rooms are combined with toilets and it stinks. Ceilings on the floor and swimming area are broken and have sharp corners - take care for your legs. Lots of angry people in the lobby after they realized “service” the got from here. Tickets are absolutely non refundable. With all this negative reviews the only reason it still operates is agreement with tourist operators to bring lots of unaware people while doing volcano tours. Totally disappointed

We went there with my boyfriend after the climb to mount Batur and wanted to relax in hot water since the place claims to have “hot” pools. So the pools are hardly room temperature. Everything is not new and looking used. The breakfast is just awful, bugs everywhere and the dishes doesn’t seem to be clean. The staff just lies to you about every:water temperature, what breakfast includes and you pay for each additional request. So I asked if breakfast includes coffee if I but it and was told “yes”. After I hot a breakfast purchased- I was told that for smoothie I have to pay extra. And yeah, tickets are non-refundable so whatever lies you hear and buy, you want be able to get your money back.

Horrendous. Our driver took us here after a sunrise trip up mount batur - they are clearly on commission to take tourists there. The place is so dirty and smelly. There is a sign saying no refunds so they obviously get asked that a lot. The water is not a hot spring but rather a luke warm, filthy pool. Avoid at all costs!

Scam - most stuff is closed and it’s not the hot spring you would expect.
Extremely overpriced and that’s why they warn of you no refunds before you go in, because they don’t want to have to refund everyone as they know they’ll be unhappy.
Easily the worst part of Bali.

Easy top 3 most disgusting establishments I've ever been to.
1. Pricey!!!! and NO REFUNDS.
2. They have disclaimers that the IMMENSE amount of flies on the property is bc of the local organic farms??? Like that is supposed to ease our mind of why there are so many flies??? There are plenty of fly catching products. Just cheap on their end to not even want to invest in it.
3. One of the most disgusting sights was seeing a pizza being made and (not exaggerating) at least 20 flies had to have been chilling on the top. There were many restaurant options on the property but these flies were really making it hard to think anything was safe from having flies that land on the organic poop next door to land on your food before you eat it.
4. The locker rooms and showers are COVERED in black mold including the shower heads. Absolutely dangerous for your health.
5. The hygiene of the areas around the pool were disgusting with wet tissues and food items on the sides with flies sitting nicely on top.
6. They will NOT give you a second towel. The same towel you use to dry yourself after getting into the "hot springs" is the same one you will use to dry after running yourself under the black mold water in the showers. If you want a new towel, seriously "tip" the person behind the desk in the lockers.
7. They have "complaint forms." This don't mean anything. They'll shred it after.
My biggest mistake was not researching this place before walking in and trusting my tour guide. Maybe the standards are different but this is a resounding NO. Do NOT go here.

Disappointed with this place. It is too overpriced for what it has to offer. The “hot” spring are more lukewarm and definitely not healing. A lot of annoying flies around and also saw how they are on pancake plates behind the counter. Can’t believe people are paying to eat here. Some of the pools are not properly cleaned. Not worth the money and I realised that the no refund policy is for a reason.
