It was about a 7km walk from our accommodation in Kintamani and worth every moment! Sitting next to the peaceful lake is one of the memories I won't forget.

We didn’t go down to the lake but viewed it and it is mesmerizing. It’s so flat and serene and just gorgeous. Will head down to the water next time.

The beautiful view of Lake Batur is seen from above and the cool air makes the atmosphere more enjoyable. There are places that can be visited, there are some hot water baths for relaxation.

We went there by bike and we didn’t pay anything. If you take boat trip at the harbour or if you buy a tour from Ubud or somewhereelse, yes of course you pay. I just wanted to clarify for next visitors, thank you.
