This modern market is located in the very center of the city just behind the Catherine Park from Suvorov square, near the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ. This is really an object worth visiting to get to know the life of Pridnestrovians. In terms of equipment and infrastructure, this is the best shopping facility of this type, not only in Pridnestrovie and Moldavia, but probably in the entire region. You can buy almost anything here, you will be greeted by friendly sellers. Convenient and spacious underground parking, lifts, benches, water taps, playground, food carts, transitions between buildings, escalators, water spraying in summer for coolness and closed pavilions in winter and more, complete cleanliness and order. All this is in the original, stylish and modern Pridnestrovian design. The market itself is decorated in green colors, following its old popular name, when it was mainly represented by local agricultural products. Just for the sake of visiting this place, it is worth coming to Tiraspol.

Had a wonderful visit to the Green Market Center. Visited early morning Saturday and found many locals go for shopping especially it was a weekend. Most of vendors were ladies. They are so kind and gentle. They offer you to try their stuff without force to buy. Ok, I tried Walnuts and it ended in buying from that lady. This is the art of selling.
I noticed that everyone is responsible for keeping the place very clean, you don’t find any garbage or any other stuff on the floor.
Mainly vegetables, fruits and nuts. The other corner is for cheese and dairy products while in other section you can find beef, chicken etc
A wonderful visit with my guide DMitri. Great experience

Funny that this place is marked as a tourist attraction. I am sure I was the only tourist there. However it is a cool experience. My friend is a local and he said that there you can try things without buying so we just tasted strawberries, nuts and honey. People are so kind in this city. We had a great time. Only sad thing is that the market toilet is a hole in the ground. You have to go to a kind of shopping mall nearby to use their proper toilet.

Perhaps not a fair review. We went the day after Independence Day and many stalls were closed. What few stalls were opened seemed to carry a fair range.

Lively market, fresh fruits or vegetables of the season (also dry fruits and nuts, eggs, home-made fresh cheese and butter) are sold directly from local farmers at local prices (very cheap). Other sellers have some non-season and imported products at normal prices.

Open air food market: one section for fruits and vegetables, one for meat and one for dairy products.

Spend the time to walk up and down the aisles, watch people shopping and selling, express interest and the sellers will have you taste their locally-made cheese (delicious!).

We spent some time at this interesting market, checking out the cheese sections, the mountains of different grades of walnuts, various cuts of meat and the wonderful piles of fresh fruit and vegetables, even plants and fruit trees. I bought a bag of walnuts, walnuts being a big crop in Moldova and Transnistria. They were fresh and tasted delicious. The venders at the market were friendly and curious about me. When I asked they had no problems with me taking pictures. I really liked the place.

In the city centre well organised market offering various local products and fresh vegetables and fruits, tasting is possible. Moving escalator make it easy to access the shops on the floor. Stage makes market also place for socialising.

We loved this huge market. They have lots of fruit, fish, honey, cheese and household items. We got some hot pastries on the second floor which were yummy. A great place to people watch in Transnistria.
