the bus was comfortable and buses depart every 10 minutes. Bought our tickets ahaead of time from our agency machupicchu center so we were able to board right away. Seats are very comfortable.

We went up to MP twice and only once there was a long queue however the buses managed to clear it quickly. Drivers seemed to be well trained and drove safely. We felt safe and comfortable.
