Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The pisco here is very good, with some varieties having won international awards. The tasting experience was very conservative though & was much more energetic & fun at other spots.

We were in Ica only for a day, waiting for a night bus to Arequipa and thought it necessary to visit this vineyard. The guide was very informative, clear and concise - even though she'd only learnt English 3 months ago! We learnt about how the grapes are picked and processed and very much enjoyed the tasting afterwards! Woah!! This stuff is strong!!! Loved it!

The pisco tour was pretty basic, but educational and enjoyable. Our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
We liked the pisco tasting as well - we were able to try a few different kinds and bought a couple of bottles.
I would definitely stop here again!

If you like Pisco then this is one place for you! Their pisco is great and very flavourful. While here you can have complementary samples Pisco as well as learn how Peruvian Pisco is made. We bought 6 bottles to bring back home to Canada.
We love Pisco Sours – they are relatively simple to make:
3 ounces Pisco
1-ounce simple sugar
1-ounce lime juice
1 egg white
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
Mix the pisco, lime juice, simple syrup & egg white in a shaker or blender ( I prefer to use a blender). Add a few cubes of ice and shake well / blend. Strain into a glass and sprinkle of Angostura bitters on top of the foam… ENJOY!

Bodega tres Esquinas have been making Pisco since 1856.
Having indulged in the Pisco cocktails since arriving in Peru, I was interested to see how it's made.
The entire process takes only 2 weeks from grape to bottle.
The tour was crudely touristy for the large bus group I was in, but it was bearable.
You get to taste 3 wines and a creamy pisco (similar to Irish Cream).
The wine was surprisingly tasty!
You can buy a variety of Pisco, shot glasses, chocolates and ice-cream.

This "bodega" offers a guided tour in several languages (we have followed the Spanish tour but there is certainly at least that in English) through some of the company's traditional facilities: the big and old wooden press to squeeze the grapes; the stores for terracotta jars where the wine is preserved, recalling those of the ancient Romans and used here instead of the vats.
The tour ends at a shop where a free tasting of wine and "Pisco" is offered. But almost always (it happened to us) the visitor feels enticed to buy some bottles.
The guided tour is very basic, but the staff is polite. You can do it.

Very educative spot where you can learn how this peruvian spirit is made. After this a nice tasting is awaiting you. Make sure you've eaten before. A shop is included.
