Real nice cathedral - and pretty big too! You can park all around it, it is not a tourist attraction by any means, just a holy place for the folks in Podgorica. A must see.

The cathedral is insanely beautiful from the inside. Unlike anything I have ever seen. Definitely worth the visit. couldn’t recommend more.

We spent about 30 minutes just wondering around and inside this amazing peice of Architecture! The design is absolutely beautiful, and the statues located around are also really nice. An absolute must do while in Podgorica!

Constructed between 1993 and 2013, this must be one of the most spectacular Cathedrals to be built in the last century. From the outside it reminded me of of St. Tryphon's Cathedral in Kotor, but the inside to me was reminiscent of Hagia Sophia in Istanbul.
Externally our first glimpse was a sparkling white building with two bell towers flanking a wide arch entrance, with domes above. As we got closer, the stone work appeared to be very rough, but became smoother with height. Obviously a deliberate architectural feature, but not one which I appreciated.
Inside - totally spectacular. The large central dome with supporting semi-domes is a sight to enjoy. The large chandeliers; the wall to wall murals, and the marble floor - all outstanding
The Serbian Orthodox community have a Cathedral to be proud of.

This is an astonishing building, given that it was built as recently as the 1990s. From a distance it could easily be hundreds of years old. As you enter be prepared to have your breath taken away. It has an interior unlike anything I have seen before - quite beautiful. If visiting the city, don't pass up the chance to see this landmark.

The monastery is directly located at the road through the Moraca gorge. You can't miss and parking is for free.
The monastery is small but very nice with a herb garden around it. We stayed ca. 30min to only inhale the atmosphere

Heavily decorated but beautiful cathedral in Podgorica. I didn't especially like the outside of the cathedral with all the different kind of textured stones but the indoor decoration was impressive. I liked the huge chandelier with the large gold plated ball in the middle of it.
There is lots to see on the walls and the artwork is really skillful.

Free entry and one of the best to see in MN. Spent around 45 min admiring the beautiful church with a long history. Not enough info about the church at the site. A must in Podgorica.

Seen many similar around Europe. The one to stand out is in Sofia, Bulgaria. Yes, something to visit when in Podgorica, but nothing too special really.
