This is one of the old Buddhist temple here. The Dagoba is surrounded by old pillars.This is beautiful temple you need about half an hour here.

This was built by King Dewanampiyathissa celebrating the introduction of Buddhism to Sri Lanka. This is the very first stupa in here. Named by combining Stupa for structure and Arama for monastery.

We came to visit at the time of the holiday so there were a lot of Buddhists. They did not mind, as I believe that they are constantly interupted by the tourists.
