Another famous spot of buddhist worship, often frequented by the locals. No shoes and respectably attired. Festival days must be clothed in white

This is a temple a little inside the sea and when the tide is low one can walk in the sea to reach the temple. A very nice small temple on a rocky island.

Popular place for locals, especially Buddhists, but not much of interest to others really. The simple temple is located on a small island just off the coast. Amazingly, the temple was not destroyed by the devastating tsunami that crashed ashore in 2004.
