If you are deeply interested in the minutia of Buddhism, you may find this museum very interesting. There are separate wings for the different styles and geographic areas of traditional Buddhism.

You can enter the museum for free with a ticket to the Temple of the Tooth. It is a well laid-out and well presented collection of Buddhist artifacts grouped by country. We spent more time in here that at the temple! Worth a visit.
