This museum is next to temple and well maintained and informative, would take not more than 5 mins for a quick stroll but you will learn something new about this place,

It is part of the Temple of the Tooth complex, so unless you're an elephant lover not really a need to come for this museum specifically - but worth poking your head in for a few minutes to see the giant Raja and read about...More

Its one of the places you need to visit as a part of the temple cum palace campus. it was little overhyped.

So well preserved really fitting his name.Raja. the entire room is AC to maintain the embalming.. All artifacts and costumes for Raja well maintained.

This is really only a room, so not a great deal to see, but worth it whilst at the Temple of the sacred tooth. Its just next door and free to enter

Small one room museum of a dead elephant. Some photos and it's decoration. And of course the elephant Raja himself

Inside the grounds of the Temple of the Tooth you can pop in and pop out quickly.Not a must see thing and wouldn’t be a disappointment if you didn’t.A large stuffed elephant and the storey behind it.Ho hum..........
