Tiehua Music Village comes alive at night, with many roadside stalls selling handmade stuff (at affordable and reasonable prices). There is also live performances for you to enjoy (free admission, but you have to get drinks with minimum spend of NTD$120 - still very affordable!). It's a great thing to do at night if you do not feel like walking... More

This one is a bit unique experience, the street comes to life at late afternoon. There is a band performing in Taiwanese (cover charges NT$ 350). Music is entertaining even if you don't get the lyrics. Ticket comes with 1 drink (Beer/Coke/Sprite) and you can take your own food/drinks from outside to have during the performance. There are tables with... More

Who doesn't like live music! There are various bands that play here throughout the week. Be careful when you go though as the main acts are on the weekend. Sometimes on Wed they have open mic night and on Thu the house band plays. The cover charge is that you spend a certain amount (depending on the act). It's usually... More

Went twice at night to watch the music, it was fun both times. Their is a small price to get in, a beer is included in the price. The lanterns along the street were pretty. The market stalls had some neat stuff.

On the evening we went, there were hundreds and hundreds of colorful lanterns lit up in the area and it was a very beautiful scene. Come here if you wish to listen to some live music and do some shopping in the craft market!

We walked here after getting some food in the nearby night market. The scenery was very nice, lots of paper lanterns decorated by kids hanging up all over the place. It was good for a relaxing walk. There were also some places selling souvenirs.

it is a railway-based park with some installation arts, but i think the authority concerned does not pay attention on the maintenance. several bars around the park, and some live bands on the weekend, nice place to hang around downtown in the weekend nights
