Free tours, we saw monkeys, sloths, iguanas, turtles, caimans, and a lot of sea life off their dock. Super friendly guides/staff, very knowledgeable. Take water and bug repellent

This tour was great to identify different species of birds, plants, and marine life. You can touch/hold different sea coral and sea urchins. Totally worth the tour.

A Smithsonian employee escorted us around the center and provided insightful commentary. Sorry, can't help you with a guide for the area--we rented a house and the manager was our link for boatmen and other services.

Yes go to the central park and just ask which bus to take, it is a very short cab ride also.
