Interesting if you have the time

It is a beautiful temple inside. Some lovely carvings and small statues. Beware you must place all phones and cameras in a locker outside the temple to be allowed to enter. If you have time it is worth a short visit.

Worth seeing - pretty temple to Lakshmi.

Like the other temple complexes I visited, this was a very beautiful and peaceful place. You have to remove your shoes, but it's pleasant walking on the cool marble and seeing the different statues and decorations of the site. Lakshmi is the wife of Vishnu, the goddess of wealth and prosperity.

The nearest metro station to this beautiful and colourful temple is Ram Krishna Ashram Marg on Yellow Line of Delhi Metro. Photography is not allowed inside temple premises so click it while you are outside.

Colourful And very peaceful Temple
Mar 2018 • Solo
One of the first places I visited in Delhi. I was disappointed no photos could be taken but completely respect the reasons and importance this Temple holds for the many visitors. There are some views from outside to get something of a souvenir pic though. My first experience of not having my shoes. Could not even have shoe covers. Although I’m not religious I do appreciate how much faith means to many and I found it heart warming seeing visitors enjoying the experience and the love and peace the place resonated. I found it intriguing you could literally stay there forever to pray. The building although not ancient does still show age and the beautiful red is somewhat dulled compared to the vibrancy it probably once had with all the air pollution.

The Swastika was everywhere but this was how it should be shown; a symbol of peace and there was information on what it really meant. Our guide explained how the Germans twisted the symbol round to create their own diabolical variation.

Beautiful

These a sacred place, so you wouldn't take photos inside but the temple is beautiful. Then you can go to the park and take some photos, there is a little curios because tou have deities and some rare sculptures. Do it! You won't regret if you like architecture and gardens, and god.

No cellphone....no cameras....no shoes inside this temple.
Nothing spectacular about it....just went there because my taxi driver suggested.
