Our tours are combination of Food, Heritage & Cultural experience with walking and cycle rickshaw (Pedi cab) ride to make a comfortable experience at Old Delhi. We recommend our guests to see Delhi not just as a sightseeing tour or sitting simply on a cycle rickshaw / Pedi cab or in a taxi BUT see it through our eyes to experience the city on the whole ( off the beaten path), with its past and present, with its beliefs and its culture that co-exist. Our walks give a taste of the city and make you sink in the frenzy of its colours, vivacity and irresistible charm. Your senses come alive as you will encounter the many captivating sights and sounds this amazing city has. It indulges you in its artistic enticing food to refresh, rejuvenate your mind, body & soul as it satisfies one's cravings. This also gives an insight to Indian heritage, culture, traditions and Culinary Experience. Disengage yourself from the rest of the world and walk the streets of Shahjanabad / Chandni Chowk with us, the passionate local family ( fifth generation)from the Old City of Delhi. Experience the city, being a part of the traditional culture and history of the amazing Old Delhi, understanding it while you walk the bazaars. You will get a completely different look of India through the eyes of the local family living in the same area. You will be personally leaded around the neighbourhood's winding streets, sharing the neighbourhood's rich history, delicious food & culture. After the walk, you will visit and enjoy complimentary homemade meal at one of the last standing beautiful Haveli (an Old Private Mansion in the old city in which single family is living from five generations) of Delhi.

Great if you cannot manage this yourself or do not have someone/a friend or relative who could accompany you for these walks.

Delhi was famous for imbibing hospitality, courtesy and perfection in street eatables made of purest and best quality ingredients. This can be still felt today from spicy eatables right from morning to night In great diversity, thus forming a super tourism delight.

Hy, According to me this is the real part of #Delhi. Visitors must visit this part as they will able to see the real old and natural side of the attraction. This is also good for shopping and to taste a real spicy food of India...there is a spice market called Khari Baoli..and so many other attractions are there for... More

This was a great experience, Raj was the most amazing guide. He's from the area so it definitely gave the tour the authentic, local touch that you don't get by going by yourself. He knew the ins and outs of the city as well as some local shop keepers. The tour started out with some masala chai tea that was... More

Excellent five star tour. Raj our guide was waiting at the designated meeting area and then took us on an amazing tour of Old Delhi. Raj was extremely knowledgable and professional. The photos he sent us after the tour were a welcome bo us. The lunch at the Haveli was a surprise treat, food was brilliant. Drew, the host was... More

This guy does have a pretty amazing rating and one that comes with such a large number of reviews. There is no doubt that Dhruv runs a smooth tour, which in particular in a crazily hectic place like Delhi is a great way to start an India trip for a Westerner like myself. We booked a half-day tour which ended... More

A very professional guide in the maze of narrow streets of Old Delhi, between market stalls and the typical taverns where you can taste the flavors of India and even on the roofs of the old town. Finally, then, even a great lunch of typical foods in a splendid residence of an ancient Indian family.

I spent two weeks in India for work. During the weekend, I decided to go to Agra one day and to take this tour in Delhi the second day. I absolutely enjoy my tour with Raj of Old Delhi more than anything else - even the Taj where I had been the day before. I am a single female traveling... More

I confess, I did not really know what to expect from this trip. I had heard about how confusing and scary the alleys of Old Delhi could be. But my apprehension could not have been more misplaced. With Mr. D.K. Sharma or Sharma ji as we like to call him, made us feel right at home in the intriguing chaos,... More

Thoroughly enjoyed this old Delhi tour. A wonderful combination of walking, history, meeting the welcoming people who live here and tasting our way around the area - a truly wonderful and experiential way to soak it all in.
