Not too big. But also not too bad. For those people who has very interest on crafts. You can see varieties of crafts. If you have nothing to do and wondering where to go then can visit this museum.

This museum is quite run down at the moment, but entry is free. Mr Modi is bringing a South African Delegation in November here and they are renovating everything. However, it is amazing and a must see in Delhi. Don't miss the restaurant, the best Indian food I have had in this country in a good ten years!!

Seem more like an open market, but there were many unusual craft items on display for purchase. Watched some authentic Indian dancing here.

This is very under rated site in Delhi. It is a must visit for a visitor to Delhi. I have picked up some amazing decor items for my house from here. They have some good furniture pieces too. Do visit.

The location was a boon, now it seems more of a bust. You have to use the valet at a very high price or tread from the parking in front of the Bhairon Temple. But, if you enjoy art & craft that too by such creative artisans, then this is something that you can overlook. The artisans bring out some... More

But hold your horses…it’s the most unique museum ever. Particularly one to hang around in. the ambience follows the theme of “folk” which is soothing. If you are lucky you might have the fortune of listening to some folk tunes, by musicians you wish got the coverage they deserved. Besides that the place has within its boundaries parks, which hold... More

Delhi has a lot to offer and we were very fortunate to visit the Crafts Museum. Very close to the old city, it ise easy to access and really worth a visit, I would even say it should not be missed! It is a rare example of an outdoor museum in an garden environment. The museum was under repair but... More

I loved the Crafts Museum. It was quiet when we went (unlike the craziness at Akshardham temple) and the trees and shade were very welcome. There are lots of great examples of India crafts with quite a few craftspeople working in the yard (I'm imagining there'd be even more when it's not so hot out, we were there mid-July) and... More

We weren't really given an overview of what exactly the craft museum was. All we knew was we couldn't take indoor photos since we signed a waiver saying so. Much of the place is under construction so it wasn't all that extensive. Inside areas were VERY hot but the stuff on display was very cool like the chariot! If you... More
