We went to visit the Purana Qila as the Zoo was closed for some reason. Entry charges is just Rs 15 and if you wish you visit the museum too, you need to pay Rs 20. There's nothing much to see inside the fort as the remains will not create a wow factor inside you. A good place for walks... More

There aren't much buildings to see. The library is closed you can't get inside. Museum is good but not that big. Otherwise this is a place for picnic in cool weather, not on sunny day

Historical remains here are not especially impressive compared to other sights, but the surroundings allows for a very restfull stroll. You can easily spent an hour or two here, stopping here and there to sit and enjoy the calm, a small distance from Delhi's ectic streets

We spent about 3 hours at Purana Kila. It grass was so green and the place seemed peaceful. Many young couples spend time here.

Very near to Joo, Purana Qila is a great tourist attraction. The huge fort is now believed to be as old as Mahabharata and research & excavations are still going on.

The place is highly recommended for the couple s who are seeking some privacy in day time, while in Delhi. This place is located just next to Delhi's Zoo

The late 1500's old Fort is very well-preserved in parts. The wall is crumbling but holds up well. You can easily spend an hour or so walking around the complex. The only thing is college students seem to use it as a place to fool around and it is sad to see names being scratched on such a historical monument.... More
