Akshardham temple is the architectural marvel and must visit for everyone whether resident of delhi, india or abroad.
Part from temple, big dome and religious tour. it has more attractions the tour, movie (religious) and laser/fountain show. I personally like the fountain show.
The Akshardham Temple simply epitomises the centuries old Indian culture and values. The place has an aura of grandeur, beauty, knowledge, peace and wisdom all woven like a fabric in its breathtakingly exquisite architecture.
Required at least four hours to see the whole temple. Two hours documentary cum exhibition which includes travel in boat is the main attraction and it closes about 4.p.m.
Best time to reach at temple is 3 P.M.

Yes, both can be done easily. just reach Red Fort in the morning by 10:00 AM and then after visiting the fort you can proceed for Akshardham. Your belongings will have to be deposited in the temple, it's safe, but be ready for that. It's better if you reach in the afternoon. The food in their kitchen is also awesome and you will taste amazing veg food. The fountain show is worth to watch, it's paid one but worth to spend. Have a great time there..👍

considering the current weather conditions, it's bound to be quite hot in April end. The temperature could hover around 40 deg. Try to reach the temple around 4.00 pm so you have ample time to roam the interiors and do the boat ride etc which are all indoors and then make it in time for the laser/ water show around sunset. But do check the timings of the show on the website.
