Really awesome structure. Even more impressive is the spic and span maintenance of the entire building - shining and very colourful. The royal artefacts, their armoury, jewels, dresses, the durbar view, paintings on the pillars, roofs, the coloured glass ceilings and windows...... the list of wonders is endless. Its a pity they don't permit photography inside. The 90 minute tour... More

I've seen a lot of palaces but this is simply the best. Astonishingly beautiful and one room wows more than the next. Too bad they don't sell any postcards of the INTERIOR!

The palace is great and with all the rooms and architecture marvel, keeps us occupied for about 2 to 3 hours. The people at various locations inside the palace can explain for each region which would enhance the overall experience.

I loved this palace. Its so well maintained and huge. Its massive and the best place to visit in Mysore. Its very colorful and historic. You actually feel the royalty when you are inside it. Great for a visit with friends, family, kids. Although not pets.

I feel this is by far the most wonderful palaces I have been to. It is grand & extravagant. Have been maintained superbly by the Authorities. One have to take off shoes before entering & I agree to this point as this helps in keeping the palace neat n clean. No photography allowed inside the Palace. One has to capture... More

The balcony's are breaking down. The surprising part is that even after paying Rs 40 to enter the palace, to visit the private residential side of... More
