This is an old caves situated in western suburbs of Mumbai. This is a calm and peaceful place due to ancient caves.I think that this heritage place needs more attention.

It is a nice beutiful area with caves surrounded by greenery. Its a nice area to walk in evening. It is also good for have a quality gossip with loved ones.

if you had been to elephenta cave then you will not find anything interesting over here. If have spare time then plan to go.

Caves with Hindi and budhist sculpture. It is known as Mahakali caves and not Jogeshwari caces as the name suggest here.

The cave is named after Goddess Yogeshwari, whose foot imprints are believed to be installed in the temple.Idols of Jogeshwari Mata, Hanuman, Ganesh and other gods and goddesses are placed in small chambers around the cave.Ok types place to go

It is located at the centre of Jogeshwari. It is known to be the first and largest Hindu temple cave in India. The caves have a Hanuman temple and a Ganesh temple. The temple also has impressions of foot prints of Goddess Yogeshwari.
