If u don't visit bandstand your Mumbai darshan is incomplete.You will see everyone having a good time .

The Bandra promenade is a great work by the BMC. Touching the seaside, one can stroll along with the breeze blowing on you. Going to the rocks is also a good experience. But a word of caution, stay away from going near the sea when the tides are high and also on late evenings.

Bandstand is actually a really nice place when not overrun by celebrity spotters. Sometimes the crowd can get quite bad especially on the weekend

Reaching Bandstand from anywhere in Mumbai is very easy, just take a local to Bandra, Take Auto, BOOM Bandstand, First Stop home of Famous Bollywood Actor Shahrukh Khan, as you step away from Auto, you will see people gathered in front of the House of the actor and clicking selfies waiting to get a glimpse of the actor.
after that the main attraction, the beautiful Sea, the rocks, this beach is a rocky beach, no sand anywhere to be found, very crowdy, full of vendors.
near bandstand many bollywood celebrities are living so there are chances you can see some of them at least.

This place is good as you can walk along the walking track and can see the sea which is besides it.. mainly this place is an attraction for lovers as it's Rocky place with sea..not recommended for morning walk or evening walk..just to hangout this is a good place

To really know that Mumbai never sleeps, you must visit the Bandstand promenade. At 2 am it is still got enough people around to make it feel like "10 pm post dinner stroll". You can just sit and stare at the play of lights on the sea made by the ships. Also the promenade is close to the houses of several celebrities such as Shahrukh Khan and every cab driver knows their residence. However it is quite dirty and during the day I would not recommend visiting.

The Bandra Bandstand promenade is roughly 1.1 km long and located in Bandra West. Popular as a picnic/hangout spot, it is a good spot for a morning or evening walk. The promenade is relatively quite clean and well-constructed. Earlier, UTV had created a Bollywood Walk of Fame here, but that has unfortunately now been removed.

Useless place, just a waste of time going there. There are much better places in mumbai to go. Cheap crowd and no food options .

There are no clearly demarcated parking areas but people do park along the road as a common practice.
