Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A Jain temple is just that bit different than other temples. Make sure you don't take any animal products (not even a leather purse) inside the temple.

We heard some people singing nice songs and there was a special atmosphere. Don't forget to check out the roof!

We visited Sanganer Jain temple in Feb. It is situated near a crowded market in Sanganer.
It is a temple to which, not only Jains but every visiter should visit.

The best part about getting to this temple is the winding streets of Sanganer village and if you are lucky you can pass by block print workers and their little shops for a real feel of old Jaipur. I also got a good bargain for Jaiput cottons in the neighbourhood. The beauty of Indian temples is mesmerising and I also walked a few minutes into the village for another older Jain temple (tell the watchman to guide you). Great art, architecture and for me lot of spiritual calm.

This Temple is located near Sanganer City Bus Stand. Very Congested and crowded place. But once you reach inside the temple, you would be amazed learning about its history. Must visit for Jain Followers.

I felt extremely happy while visiting this temple. It is must visit for Jain followers. We reached the temple during the evening time. Devotees were chanting the aarti inside the temple. On the roof, the view was just amazing. I very much liked the waving flags on the top of the shikhar, visible on the roof.

There is a book store inside the temple.
Also there is accommodation and food available for the pilgrims.

This beautiful Jain Temple in Sanganer is one of the oldest Jain Temples in the city. This is usually crowded on weekends and most people visit for prayers. The road to the temple is very narrow and one may get stuck in traffic. best time to visit is late morning when it is less crowded.

We planned Jaipur trip as part of our trip to mahabirji. We landed at Jaipur airport around 2 AM and sanganer temple is not far away from airport. We already had our room booked in temple premises and it was smooth allocation.

Temple is beautiful in architecture. There is small shop for breakfast etc . There is facility for lunch and dinner as well.

One can take cab from here to go to main city area and other temples. Chokhi dhani is also some ~10 km away from this place.

Overall quiet and nice place and temple. We got a good framed picture of Adinath bhagwan on winning the bid to do the abhishek.

I was backpacking through India, when i decided to visit this place.
First of all, Understand this: its a temple of faith, where people come to pray actively. And its of Jain faith. '
'Hence Best time for tourists are around 10 -11 but even then it is fairly crowded. If you choose to go early morning, thats the best as daily rituals are being performed at 7.30 AM every day.
PHOTOGRAPHY IN TEMPLE IS BANNED. heart breaking but reality. They will make a fuss if you tryr to use camera or phone camera and harass you.

Temple architecture is stunning. It compares to the best in india. i personally keep this in top 10 temples, not because of the carvings on door or in roof top. Simply because of the peace there. Its so peaceful there. Plus There is a story about the temple. It is seven levels underground and beyond 5 nobody can enter. Only a Jain monk can go deep down and open up chambers till 5th level only. Last time it was opened in 1999 only when a Jain monk came and opened it. He brought 39 idols made of precious Stones. Curious ? eh ? check wiki about this place.
