This is a place you cannot miss when you go to Jaipur. We had an elephant ride up to the palace and that was an experience. The Palace is amazing and the views from the top over the town and the beautiful gardens is lovely. The stonework and design was stunning and to think that all this work was done... More

Part of the Amber fort. Usually crowded place as everybody wants to stake a picture there. One of the most central places in the fort.

This is the perfect part of the Amber Fort for narcissists. Take a selfie of yourself taking a selfie and make believe you are a maharaja.

This was by far the most beautiful and interesting part of the Amber Palace. Reminded me a lot of some of the things we saw in Topkapi Palace in Turkey which for me as a whole is better than the Amber Palace. Don't miss this sight if in Jaipur.

We were amazed to see the Mahal. Very impressive, attractive. We could not imagine how this was done when there was no technology. I wish the place was preserved better than what is is today.

On the surface this hall, (of several within the Amer Fort), appears to be unremarkable, but having the expert services of a guide, brought the whole experience to a different level.

My wife and I visited the Amber Fort & Palace during a tour of Jaipur. The Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors) is probably the most impressive interior in the whole complex and is very impressive. The palace overlooks a beautiful, formal garden. Essential viewing if you are visiting Amber Fort.
