A good education to early mountaineering

A most interesting Institute to see the various people who have climbed Mt Everest and the gear used from mid 1900 to the current period

The museum is a great place, the replica of Himalayan ranges with LED indicators. The actual things which were used by Tenzing Norgay are on display. If you are interested in mountaineering than its the right place.

For anyone interested in the topic of the Himalayas and the people who climb them, this site is essential. From the grave of Tenzig Norway, Sir Edmund Hillary's Sherpa, to the museum with its collection of equipment from different eras, to its great location, this attraction should not be missed.

Its situated just next to the zoo. Its a wonderful collection of pictures depicting the hardships people like Tenzing Norgay faced while they climbed atop the mighty himalayas. Inspiration indeed!
