Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stopped at Weaver's Studio as part of an expert-led tour of Bengal's indigo heritage, a major crop during colonial times. The knowledgeable team that manages the studio are deeply committed to reviving traditional weaving and dyeing practices. There are several parts to this social enterprise, the easiest to access is their shop which have remarkable textiles - not cheap but they are beautiful, handmade and sometimes, truly extraordinary. At another location they provide the opportunity to try one's hand at practicing traditional textile crafts and what looks simple in the hands of experts proved difficult to our friends who had the chance to attend. The visit and discussions at their shop were revelatory and provided an excellent opportunity to learn more about the cultural practices of this remarkable region.

Weavers' Studio has unique clothing, an amazing range of wraps and scarves, and incredible hand stitched embroidered fabric lengths. I visited twice and we stayed for ages as there is so much to see.
