Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The 'Teatro de Santa Isabel' is located in Recife antigo.
This means it's easily reachable by all means of transportation. People traveling to Recife and want a cultural experience, I suggest them to ask there hotel if there is anything happening in the Teatro.
I was lucky enough to randomly walk past the museum and there was a free classical music performance by the best students of Brasil. Magic!

Santa Isabel Theater is a very beautiful and classical Theater. One of the most important of Brasil. It's a monument Theater. It's located in Recife, PE, Brail, at Republica park, Santo Antonio, near to Govern Palace (other magnificent place to visit). There are many atractions surrounding it too. Santa Isabel Theater is elegant, classical and modern. Their atractions take place, often, at night. Go there !

The Teatro de Santa Isabel combines tradition and modernity in the cultural life of Recife. Located in Praça da Republica, s/n, next to the Government palace and palace of Justice. Example of Neoclassical architecture in Pernambuco, opened in May 18, 1850, The Teatro de Santa Isabel enables time travel combined with the most modern technological resources. Guided tours take place only on Sundays from 14 to 17hs, offering visitors the opportunity to see all theater rooms, from the lobby to the stage. The beautiful cafeteria with period details and current features open from Tuesday to Sunday from 16 to 22h. If you have the opportunity to watch a spectacle, sure to be an unforgettable experience. But if it is not possible should at least make a visit to meet one of the most beautiful theaters Monument of Brazil. The box works Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 12pm and from 13h to 17h in the days of spectacle, the box office open until 18h. Theatre phone 3355 3323.
