Anytime we are in the area we stop by Hillcrest Farm to pick up some of their delicious homemade ice cream. They also have preserves, eggs, fruit, and veggies. We have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and so is the yellow lab. I would definitely recommend stopping by here.

Farm fresh eggs. Home grown vegetables. You pick muscadine grapes and blueberries. Fresh salsas and homemade ice cream. The kids love to feed the chickens and enjoy the corn maze in the fall.

On the phone we were told the blueberries were plentiful, but in reality, only the green, not ripened berries were plentiful. They advertised as "kid-friendly" but they were not. My 5 year old was harshly scolded with me at her side, as we were carefully choosing our tomatoes (that had already been harvested for purchase). A man appeared and scolded... More

My husband and I drove over as I had heard they had homemade jellies. First, be aware you will drive down a very long dirt road to get to the farm. We had a truck so no problem. The store is very small and could probably handle four people at a time. Great selection of local hand made honey, preserves, and jellies.... More

My wife and I visited Hillcrest Farm to see what they had for sale. They make many different things. We settled by buying jams and ice cream. They had my all time favorate flavor, coconut. Wonderful. Need to visit again before returning north.

We stumbled upon Hillcrest Farm after seeing a sign for fresh farm eggs. Boy, were we in for a treat! We got to browse their home made selection of jams and other goodies. We also got to play with their cat and dogs, feed the chickens, and took home some amazing fresh farm eggs. We weren't planning on getting ice... More
