Our tour members included relatives of the Rosenbaums which gave the experience an interesting twist. As a lover of books I was intrigued by the amazing volumes that lined what seemed like miles of bookshelves. I could picture myself dining with friends at the table...More

This is the only Frank Llyod Wright house in the southeast that you can tour! GO NOW! The tour guides are fantastic with personal knowledge, not just of FLW, but of the owners of the home. They were able to bring it to live and...More

I learned a lot about Frank Lloyd Wright on this tour. His ego was staggering. I don't want to spoil the tour, but did you know that he specified what furniture and fabric would go in "his" homes? He had his own ideas about how...More

I didn’t know much about Frank Lloyd Wright’s urban homes built in the 40’s and 50’s. This house is amazing! The tour guide was fantastic and the actual tour lasted about 30 minutes. I spent another 30 minutes afterwards looking at the exhibit in the...More

The tour ran about 30 minutes with a knowledgeable guide. Unlike other Wright venues, that require pricey advance reservations, this location gave tours on demand and cost less than $10. The house is a good example of the attempt of Wright to attract a less...More

This was my first visit to a Frank Lloyd Wright house and I very much enjoyed it. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question that came his way. Very cool experience!

It is beautiful. And realise that it has been built in 1940. The house is easy to reach, parking possible.

If you are interested in architect this is very interesting and informative; I had been with my mother, who had personal connections (Professor Rosenbaum was her professor in college and his wife used to have the "home economic girls" for tea), and I wanted my...More

This house is not wheelchair friendly due to narrow doorways and steps. The house follows the lay of the land, so steps are only 2 or 3 at a time.
