Nice pier for a walk or for fishing. I think it's like 1500 feet long! Beautiful water and beach views. Has food, a little store, restrooms, and covered picnic area. Veterans visit for FREE!

Had some guests in town and encouraged them to walk to the pier, but they had a fee to walk out to the end. The call for cash ruined their beach foot tour.More

We are sorry that your friends did not get to experience a pier walk, however the fee helps maintain the pier. We hope that they will reconsider and plan to visit the pier the next time they are in town. The experience of the pier...More

Even on a windy rainy colder day, it’s fun to see. Be sure to pencil in a quick visit. Looks like it would be fun on a sunny day since there is a bar!

Great access to fun fishing for the family. Conveniently located in Gulf Shores near the Lighthouse Condominiums. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. The pier is a great place to enjoy fishing as well as all the panoramic views of the Gulf.

You walk out, try not to get hit by a fishing pole, look at the waves, and walk back. It was interesting to see a 7 year old girl hook a 2 foot shark from the pier though
