I loved the quaint ambiance of the lodge. It is charming! The views are wonderful, and you can even enjoy a zip line adventure! I would like to return and rent a lakeside cabin and bring my grandchildren.

Recently made a day trip and was pleasantly surprised at the picnic/camping area we visited. Grass was cut, area clean, restrooms available. Spots with fire pits. Already planning our next trip which will include some camping right on the water.

Thank you for reviewing our trails and sharing this with others. With nearly 30 miles of trails it is pretty difficult to catch them all; even in a weekend. We would love to hear to here you review on the rest of the trails.

Is there bbq grills?

The chalets and cabins on the lakes have a little outside grill. Not too big, but adequate for several steaks. I hope this helps!
Would I be able to take a stroller (the jogging style stroller with big wheels) on any of the hiking trails? If so, which trails?

You can use for sure but don't remember which trail, better contact the park website or a park ranger and volunteers there.
