the city is putting a lot of effort into re-landscaping the park around the spring and pond. Lots of Pokestops there. The spring is historic and very pretty. Central to renovated downtown.

This is a nice little park right downtown. There are planty of places to sit and watch the fish, ducks, etc. I recommend getting food to go at Cozy Cow across the street and having lunch here on a nice day!

Do I need to do anything special to have a commitment ceremony here. It will be 3 people and we will say our promises to eachother in front of a witness (3rd person) and then that's all. Wondering if that's okay.

should be no problem, but you will have the public walking around you. as long as you don't need to reserve the gazebo.

Absolutely as long as they are on a lease. Many patrons bring their dogs, there is a great walkway throughout the park and along the water.
