This market is open on Wednesdays during the season (Between December & April) from around 9am to 6pm. They sell all kinds of items, souvenirs, jewelry, carpets, clothes, you name it! It's THE place for buying gifts for your loved ones back home. The only negatives are probably the beggars who come to you with their children asking for money.... More

You don't have to purchase those things which you can get easily anywhere. If you got something which you like, so remember, be a smart buyer otherwise you can purchase those things in double price.

Meh is the word I would use for this place. Just your average tourist-fed bazaar with overpriced food. The live music is good, but the place itself is worth a mere glance through. Very colorful though, and there's a robust vibe, but you get the same stuff everywhere, even if not in such quantities.

Flea market is a brilliant way to spend a day out in north goa! Lots of variety of stalls including bags, scents, scarfs, sheets, bric and brack and many more! And conveniently right next to the beach!!

Bargaining is a must in India, when you have to experience local culture and handicrafts. The market seemed to be a mix of local and Chinese products. The sellers don't seem too keen to make sales

Second visit and we learnt................walk right through the market and head to the Beach. Get there for about 4pm and enjoy beer, and music and then relax to watch the sun go down - great spot. Once dark there are loads of bars to visit including Five Five along the beach

A very good and famous market, opens only on Wednesday. All items are available which you would like to shop in your goa trip. You must be a smart buyer and should know how to bargain? A very large margin can be gain by bargaining. The shoppers are also smart and will say added price. So, be careful. Otherwise very... More
