Try to avoid on WE and preferably stay on Little Vagator Beach where the shacks are great. On top of the hill you got some great places for Dining with a fantastic view out to the ocean. Sunset point is famous and streams of people are coming there every day to see one of Goa's best sun sets.

Vagator is a little more laid back, though still pretty much steeped in the rave culture. The tourist traffic is predominantly Western backpackers, however it has also become popular with Indian tourists, who particularly come to watch the sunset from the rocks. The sunset through rocks is breathtaking from Vagator Beach.

Visited this beach in November .It is rocky , taking bath is risky. Popular with hippies foreigners and Indian visitors from outside .I did not like this beach as there is no proper sitting place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze.

If love to take dip in sea water, this is what you need to consider. This beach is small and not crowded and the beach is very clean the sand is also so soft to walk on it. Best time to visit is morning late afternoon people start coming in. You can enjoy the water sports which is limited charging... More

Fish Tail Bar and Restaurant, Vagator Beach. Because we hired a scooter, this beach was easily accessible from Calangute. We went here for at least 8 of the 21 days we spent in Goa. This beach reminded us of Goa 10 years ago, before Calangute and Candolim became over developed. The waiters are helpful and friendly, there's a pleasant mix... More

The middle and lower Vagator was our go to place of beach, for sunset and of course for drinks and spend the whole evening. Impressive rock formation and a photographers paradise. Hands down, the BEST beach in North Goa

There are too many things going on at this beach jet skis, boats going in and out parachute skiing, I would guess that there are better times to visit but I would choose a less busy beach next time.
