Best driver service in Shanghai!

Jimmy and his team of drivers are excellent - always friendly and always on time! Living in Shanghai it is great to know that you can rely on your driver to show up on time, in a clean, comfortable car with seat belts. Jimmy speaks English very well and is always very prompt to confirm bookings and helpful in ensuring you arrive at your destination on time. I have used Jimmy's service on numerous occasions to and from the airport, as well as trips in and around Shanghai, and will not hesitate in recommending his car service to family and friends.

Went on a vacation with my family last May and we were very pleased with MIDI's services. Flexible, on time and most importantly, trustworthy. Tourist guides arranged by Jimmy's team were also very accommodating. Will avail of their services again next time!

Good and efficient service

Jimmy and his team was very professional and the drivers are really good in ensuring that we arrived our destination safely and on time. The drivers attitude was really good. Will definitely use them again.

Definitely recommend MIDI Car Rental

We traveled to China to drop off our college sophomore at NYU Shanghai Program. We hired MIDI Car Rental for transfers from Pudong Airport to Disneyland, then from Disneyland to hotel in city, then back to airport. All communication was done via email prior to our trip and everything went super smoothly. Jimmy replied to all my emails right away. There was a glitch at the airport because we mistakenly forgot to cancel the car booking through the hotel. But we called Jimmy and he took care of things right away.

We also had to make last minute bookings and multiple changes within short periods of times, but Jimmy always replied promptly.

This was our first time in Shanghai and MIDI Car Rental made our trip so easy. We highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Shanghai.

Best Car service in Shanghai

Use Midi car service for 4 day.

Contacted Jimmy, and he was very helpful and our English speaking driver Gon was excellent.

Will definitely recommend and use his service again on my next trip to Shanghai

Great experience!

I have arranged 2 trips with Midi car rental... The organization was great, reliable and punctual! The first rental was booked a few weeks ahead but the next was literally less than 12 hrs before I needed the car. Both rentals were on time, and the drivers were friendly. Last but not least, the payment is made after the trip... via cash or transfer. I would highly recommend Midi car rental!

Great Car Service again!

Used Jimmy last year for our event car service and was very pleased so hired him again this year. I had him handle all of our airport transfers and daily transportation for 12 people and the service was again stellar. He now has large 12 person Toyota vans in addition to the Buick 6 passenger so was able to accommodate all of us at once for transfers between the hotel and venue. So much easier than struggling to get taxi's after a long, hot work day. Although we had a couple of Chinese speakers in our group, we again used a Wechat group for communications w/o any issue. Some of us also used his service for local sightseeing day trips as well and Jimmy personally drove us on those trips as well as some of the airport runs.

English speaking taxi service

Jimmy and his drivers are such a great team. I was desperately looking for a reasonable affordable english speaking taxi service in Shanghai when I found Jimmy via tripadvisor. The driver that came with me didnt speak English. Jimmy had set up a wechat group for the 3 of us and translated everything I wanted to say to the driver real time - usually messages but calls when urgent. His reaction time was amazingly swift. The driver Mr Chen was polite and courteous, and punctual. A good spacious car, private transfer, english speaking service, punctuality, a courteous service, absolutely nothing wanting. Absolutely smooth and seamless! Highly highly recommend.

I have recently used MIDI for airport transfers, Jimmy is fantastic. I won’t use any other service in Shanghai now that I have experienced this service. Very clean cars very polite drivers. Best car service I’ve had in China for 5 years. Keep it up Jimmy
