Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fudan University in Shanghai is a well-known, prestigious institution in China, with a rich history and great heroism. It has devoted its life and intelligence to the liberation of China and the construction of the country. The study is full, not only to harvest knowledge, but also to harvest friendship between students. It is a C9 League university in China, meaning that itis recognized by the Chinese Central Government as being one the country’s nine most elite universities. Fudan has in excess of 45,000 students, including close to 2,000 foreign students. One-third of the student body are made up of post-graduate students, some of whom obtained part of their undergraduate education overseas. As a guest lecturer at a university in China, I am amazed how young, well-educated, and seemingly street some of the post-graduate students are. I also find that the Chinese students are much more serious about gaining additional knowledge, are extremely polite, and friendly.

Its aggregate campus land area is 245 hectares.

The C9 universities include Tsinghua University, Peking University, Zhejiang University, Nanjing University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, University of Science and Technology of China, and Harbin Institute of Technology.

I am studying at Fudan this semester and would not have ventured here as a tourist, but it is worth a trip if you are in the neighborhood (near Wujiaochang shopping district, in the northern part of Shanghai). Fudan was established in 1905 and is one of the oldest universities in China, especially renowned for its humanities programs. Along with Tsinghua and Peking Universities in Beijing, it is considered one of the very best universities in China. The Guanghua Towers are the tallest buildings on any university campus in China - 30 stories each! There is ample greenery on campus - a wide, spacious lawn by the Guanghua Towers and many gardens and trees. Don't miss the imposing Mao statue by the campus' main entrance, either.

Visited both main campus and law school campus and international dorm.
Law school was new and very western style.
It is surrounded with nice parks and ponds. So very nice environment.
We had lunch there and food was good and inexpensive.
But you need to have student card to be able to pay lunch.

We were positively surprised of Fudan univetsity.

There are many beautiful buildings both traditional Chinese and modern style. There is a souvenir shop near the main gate. Many peaceful gardens and ponds, there are benches available. Great places to just sit and relax your mind. The trees and flowers are along the way. My most favorite place is the large grass field in front of the Guanghua building. The statue of chairman Mao, the main gate, and the old school gate are also the great place to visit.

Visited Fudan for a school project. The campus is located about 30 miles off down town and the areas is quite polluted. Nevertheless, the campus is worth a visit - friendly staff and cool people.
