Park was pretty but hard to get over the overwhelming crowd..125,000 attendance on the day we visited. Not sure I would recommend this for foreign visitors

Blossom was out 20 Mar and so were crowds. We arrived at 3pm Sunday and still very busy. Interesting to see what people would take selfies of. For younger children dinosaur park would be fun but fossil exhibits were not like anything we would see...More

The picturesque park is famed for flowering cherry trees or known in China as Sakura. Stroll through the park and enjoy the flowers, greenery and tranquility away from the bustling Shanghai streets.

My wish to see cherry blossoms became real when i was in Shanghai and was very happy to know that this park is so close to the city. Conveniently accessible via the MRT train system. The park was very clean and a very nice experience.
