The views are fantastic, 360 view of the city and the lift up to the 119th floor is so fast! You only know you’re travelling up because your ears pop!

Incredible view. I paid 180 RMB from the ticket counter but it was absolutely worth it. The view from the top is phenomenal as even though this is the second tallest building in the world (Burj Khalifa is tallest) it has the highest public observatory...More

Get there for opening - this place gets very busy. The elveator is very quick. If the weather is foggy you will not see much.

Enjoy breathtaking views of Shanghai. A real fast elevator. Be sure to take your camera. Will not be able to see much if the weather is bad or lots of smog.

I recommend pre-booking your tickets so that you can get straight into the line to go up the tower. The lift alone is an experience, reaching high speeds as you head towards the 118th floor. On a clear day (which we were lucky enough to...More

When people speak of Shanghai’s futuristic skyline,
it’s the financial district of Luiazui they are
speaking of. Shanghai’s most iconic buildings are
located in close proximity to Lujiazui’s elevated ring
road and swanky eateries. Sky-high shopping and chic
bars fill the highrises around the area. As is
characteristic of a world-class financial business
district, some of Shanghai’s best malls and hotels can

I walk at a pretty good pace so for me it seemed like a short walk. You can cover quite a bit of the distance on an elevated walking platform with no exposure to vehicle traffic. It should be about 10 to 15 minutes.

180 yuan. About £20 so $30 each. You can take the ferry from The Bund and walk. Ferry is 2 yuan each way. Or you can take the tourist tunnel which is about 40 yuan. Different but not that exciting.

No need to buy online. There was no queue at all when we went in the morning. No queue for elevators either.
