Nice little museum
Nov 2019
This was a fun stop on game day. I learned a few things. I guess I'm not a big enough fan to drive out of my way for it, but it was convenient.

A great experience
Feb 2020
We have been wanting to go to the museum, but did not want to go during the season. We were there in February and it was worth the wait. Very nice facility, it's a $2 entrance fee but worth much more.

It’s been about twenty years since the last time we were here and I’m glad we visited again. This sports museum gives you a great timeline of Alabama football. A lot of interactive features. It’s great for the young and old!

First Visit to the Museum
Jan 2020
I had not been to campus in years and enjoyed the museum. I had classes with several football players when I attended Bama so seeing their pictures in the museum brought back great memories. I was also there during part of Bear's time as coach, when he retired, and his unfortunate passing.

Good for Alabama fans
Nov 2019
Don't let the name mislead you. This is a museum about the history of football at University of Alabama. This is not just about Paul "Bear" Bryant. In fact, only one section is devoted to him. It starts with earliest history of football then shared Bear's history and goes on to show key coaches and players up to present. There are lots of trophies, mascots and memorabilia on display. There are several interactive displays and movies, but the movies were a little wonky and were playing two at a time when we were there. Love the photo you can take with Nick Saban when you enter. Cheap entrance fee and easy to park and visit makes it worth stopping. You can spend an hour or more depending on if you want to read everything. I gave 5 stars for Alabama fans but would say it's not that interesting if you aren't!

A must for any college football fan
Nov 2019
I was in Tuscaloosa for work and needed something to do Sunday afternoon. This was the only UA campus museum open that day, so I opted for it - and was glad I did! I wasn't born in Alabama, but grew up there as the son of an Auburn grad and am a lifelong War Eagle fan, so I'm well aware of the significance of Bear Bryant. I was given a warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist. This place is packed full of historical records and artifacts summarizing the great tradition of Alabama football.
