We always have so much fun here! I've been going to this place since I was a kid, I have hosted one of my children's birthdays here, it's just fabulous. There are many areas to go around and dress up and pretend. I'm sure you learn things too but my kids are know it alls and they just like playing.

You and your kids will be amazed and well informed when you leave this creative establishment. The kids get to interact with just about every discovery they encounter

CHOM is appropriate for children birth through eighth grade. Older teens would probably enjoy playing with younger siblings .It has a variety of activities appropriate for children. It is very clean with lots of staff and teen leaders to help. Warning: no food or drink is allowed in the museum.

We spent an afternoon at the museum with our three year old after coming from Montgomery for a color run. He absolutely loved it and we had to literally drag him away! I only wish there was something like in Montgomery.

This is a great children's museum for little ones. It is very interactive. But for older kids, it is only good for about an hour or so.

We took our whole family to the Children's Hands-On Museum and it was so much fun for the kids. They can actually have hands on experiences in printing shops, soda shops, caves, dress in period clothing, step on a tug boat and explore plus be a news anchor or a doctor in a hospital! So much to do and so... More

This is a wonderful place for children to explore many items and ideas that adults either take for granted or have forgotten even existed. Let the children explore and find out things for themselves.

I felt as though my grand kids and I were being followed throughout the museum. We would go to look and discover something then next thing, someone is following behind you. I didn't feel a real sense of freedom to do much exploring. The website tells you to touch it, explore it but when you are there, not much of... More

We haven't been in a while, but with new grandkids, I expect we'll be back. Our kids always enjoyed the Museum, especially the dress up parts. The permanent exhibits bring back pleasant memories for the kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
