Costa Rica has nice flora and fauna and wildlife apart from a few obvious poisonous exceptions, umm overall go to Hawaii instead

Montezuma is a serene location to spend time in the sun and dining at some wonderful restaurants. Sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking

My understanding is he is no longer in Montezuma. There is an interesting cemetery in Isla Cabuya that you can photograph during low tide

Thank you John. I use what you have showed me. I have many nice pics. People who want to learn how to take great pics I recommend taking one of John's photo tours. The beaches tour is a good way to see the area.

John is a top knotch guy who exudes passion in what he does. He is an amazing photographer and teacher and even my husband who was just tagging along really enjoyed the day! John is very flexible, which makes for a great day and his wife (who I had the pleasure of meeting and is just as special) is a... More

Jon was a great guide; above and beyond my expectations. He was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed (including a brief stop at a pharmacy during our tour). He spoke with us at length when we made our appointment; checking what we wanted from our photography tour & lessons; he helped us get the most out... More

It was an amazing opportunity to not only see the country with a "local" but to challenge myself. I learned great photography techniques that I was able to use to capture my experience that day as well as for the rest of my trip in Costa Rica. John encouraged me to take photos of what my interests were but he... More

If you are at all interested in photography this tour is well worth it. It is not by any means a cookie-cutter tour - it is tailored for exactly what your looking for / what level your at. I learned more in one day with John than I had learned in two photography courses in college. There is nothing like... More
