We went there with our family, kids 10-18 years, plus mom and dad. It was a great experience for everyone. The staff was professional yet kind (as most all Costa Ricans are) and the facility was expansive and modern. The park stretches over the Turu Bari River and reaches wide across both sides of the valley. We chose to do... More

This was a fun attraction! The guides were very friendly and helpful. It was a little windy to zip line that day but overall it was definitely a lot of fun.

I went there about a month ago and I really enjoyed the experience. First time that I did canopy. The guides were professionals and put safety first. They mentioned that they had to close the park in mid 2010 after a bridge felt down but the just opened back on mid 2014. I had lunch as well and I really... More

We had the choice of either doing the zip line or a nature walk. We chose the latter and were extremely glad we did. We saw a huge variety of birds and plants including macaws. We even got to sip raw sugar cane juice after it had been crushed in a mill powered by two cows. If you like to... More

I was hesitant to do the Canopy (zip lining) had never done it before, but the guides were so professional, so aware of safety and so friendly and warm that made the experience a great experience. When staying in the San Jose area of Costa Rica for a few weeks we discovered that some great attractions are close-by the city. Turu Ba Ri Adventure Park turned out to be a great full-day activity, and was less than 1 hour from the capital city. Turu Ba Ri contains a tropical forest along the Rio Tarcoles. Once inside... We did the nature tour and horseback ride. The nature tour was quite extensive and included the butterflies, iguanas, crocodiles, orchids and ariel tram ride. The guides were very knowledgeable and quite entertaining as well. I was hesistant about the horse riding since I haven't been on a horse since childhood. However, the horses were so tame and knew the... More

We did the Canopy Tour (basic zip-line) and nature walk, on a day trip from the San Jose area. We are in our 60's and were apprehensive about zip-lining but the staff was very professional and conducted what seemed like a very thorough safety briefing before we started, and the equipment looked to be very well-maintained. We enjoyed each of... More

We were picked up from our cruise ship's dock and rode about 45 minutes to the park. The van was comfortable, air conditioned and we were offered water. There were 4 of us from the cruiseship. The park was beautiful. The guides were very helpful and friendly. They put us totally as ease. The ziplining was awesome. A truely unforgetable experience... More
