I took my open water certification classes with Scubapiti. Caro was my instructor and she is incredible! She's attentive, patient and very thorough. She knows how to build and develop a student's confidence, which is a very special gift. She did exactly that for me. I have a solid foundation and I'm excited about diving because of her!

Henri took my daughter for an introductory diving trip twice. The first day, he took her to a spot where they saw a large school of eagle rays and turtles. As soon as she came back up on the boat, she requested another dive the following day. Henri was so knowledgeable, calm, and kind. Now, our plan is to go back snorkeling during whale watching season in October. Thank you Henri!

The dive sites are amazing (all shops use the same). This shop had the ability to speak fluent English... but inevitably only catered to the French guests. Safety was a very distant concern. Did a 10 dive package and on every dive my BD and I saw someone have to share air. No safety checks getting in water (one guy jumped with out air on) and never watched to see who surfaced. Every man for himself!

Nice dive center. Friendly staff and Henri the owner is on the boat with you. The equipment was great and new Mares. I only did a dive with them so I don’t want to say much but I think they cater to the casual divers who stay at the resort. They have two dives a day 7:30 and 9 ish for shark and turtles. I did see sharks and turtles so there you go. Very reasonable prices for French Polynesia. 70 one tank 120 for two and 400 for open water. The vis was nice and the dives were very cruisey and would be excellent for those new to diving or divers who wanna take it easy. It would be a great place to start your dive holiday before heading off to challenging places like RANGI. The women at the counter said they have 8 sites. I talked with customers who dove multiple days said they went back to similar sites so I don’t know how many days you need to be with them. Anyhow I enjoyed my dives so I’ll be bringing people back.

The equipment seemed brand new. The dive masters were very helpful. Great stuff to see. In addition to the usual colorful fish expect to see turtles and small reef sharks. The dive shop is also a short kayak ride away from the area where you see rays and (harmless) sharks in waist-deep water. Worth the paddle.
