I never realized how much I wanted to fly in a helicopter until I was flying in a helicopter! I also didn't know how fun dogsledding would be! The whole experience was safe, fun and professional. The four of us arrived at Era Helicopters with another couple of people. We found out we would all fly out together. I was... More

We loved our trip with Era Helicopters, although it wasn't exactly the one we'd hoped for. We had originally booked the dog sled tour, but they called us a few days ahead of time and indicated that, due to warm weather, they didn't have enough snow at the dog camp and had to cancel that portion. We were still able... More

Taken by bus to the Era Helicopters, then flown over the rugged ranges to a nearby Glacier where we spent the next half an hour dog sledding on the think ice. We all had a ball. Loved it. Then the buzz of our helicopter coming back to collect us and once again zoom us through the mountains. It was a... More

Our 23 year old pilot (none of us had kids this young) was very professional! We had a great ride over the mountains in Juneau and landing on the glacier was stunning! Cold, sunlit beauty like we were on another planet. Can't miss the opportunity to do this if the weather permits.

What an exciting adventure. It was so neat to walk on ice that was so many years old! We were somewhat disappointed as we had booked a dog sledding activity but since it is Alaska weather takes precedence. We did get to see some of the dogs being moved off the glacier. Our guide (sorry I have forgotten his name)... More

We booked the helicopter/dog sled tour in Juneau through a broker at the cruise ship dock in August. We had two families so we had to book 2 separate flights. Era booked one family at 3:45pm and one at 4:45pm. We were standing with the broker when he was on the phone with Era and heard him tell them that... More

August 14th - 21st, 2016 Went to Alaska on a Norwegian Cruise Line. Booked Dog Sledding through ERA Flights not through Cruise it was a little over $100 dollars cheaper. ERA picked us up at port in Juneau. Our trip on the helicopter was amazing!!! Our pilot was young, had his license for 6 years, he was very knowledgeable and... More

Worth every cent! The staff and crew were all very professional and safety was definitely the priority. Breathtaking vistas, very well organized. I just can't say enough good things about this.
