Whale watching was the highlight of my trip to Alaska. Our guides, Jordan and Brendan were excellent—so knowledgeable and fun. I was afraid that we wouldn’t see any whales, but once we saw that first burst of water we were off to the races. We...More

As a local from Juneau, this is the best Whale Watching excursion. We get up and close to whales, lots of interaction with naturalist and accurate info about Juneau. Captain Brenden and Jon are friendly and LOVE to do these tours. Great experience!!!

We booked and purchased tickets in advance. It was super easy to catch the bus near ship docks. It dropped off by glacier visitor center. Pick up was convenient. Drivers were informative also.

We pre-purchased glacier shuttle passes and Mt. Roberts tramway passes. Finding their rep at the shuttle location was frustrating. We had to walk from one parking lot to another and then back because the shuttles were full. They say every 20 minutes but my experience...More

We are so sorry that your shuttle experience was frustrating! The downtown cruise ship dock is a bustling place alright. Our dock reps wait under the cables of the tramway, trying to make themselves obvious and during the busy days they form a line for...More
