We don't fish, and know absolutely nothing about it, so this was an interesting spot to watch the sport. I'd also never seen folks just leave the fish heads around for the seagulls to eat. Fascinating!!

I had never seen anyone catch a fish with a net and it was spectacular! Everyone was so excited and friendly. I took lots of pictures of happy people and seagulls!

Great Walk. Easy access, parking close. Can be windy so don't forget your kite. Great place to visit.

Great beach for long walks and good views. Love the seals in the river. Its really the best beach in Kenai. Of course, don't expect to swim!

I haven't been there in August, but I am certain it involves multiple layers and rain.
