Misty Fjord is a beautiful place and this was the most serene way to experience it. My husband and 7 year old both got a little plane sick, but there are bags readily available should you need them. We tried to book in advance but that didn't work out. When we arrived in port, one of the operators made some... More

Everything about this excursion was as advertised, it was a fantastic experience while on our Alaskan Cruise. The short flight to Traitors Cove was smooth and enjoyable, the scenery once we landed was spectacular, and the Bear viewing at Margaret Creek was beyond our expectations. A Five Star experience that I highly recommend!

Misty Fjords is nature at its best! Mountain Air Service is the best way to see it! There are not enough adjectives to describe the scenery or the flight. Breathtaking, stunning, gorgeous...so many "Oh, wow!" moments that were repeated again and again! Randy is an outstanding pilot and guide. He is very knowledgeable about the area and entertained our group... More

We were a group of 6 people and occupied the entire plane. Some of us are pretty advanced in age (80s) and there were some concerns if this is a good idea for older people. We needn't worry, there were no issues at all. We booked a tour over Misty Fjords. However, shortly before the trip Randy and Michele got... More

We had an incredible tour to traitor's Cove last week. As advertised, we saw more bears then we could imagine. Our flight over was beautiful and we all felt so safe with Randy. Ryan our guide was amazing full of information about the bears and their habitat. Thank you so much for this amazing experience

Although it has been three months since our flight into the Misty Fijords with Randy and his staff, I do want to communicate my gratitude to the Mountain Air Team for providing my family with such a memorable experience. The pictures from the adventure hang from the wall of our home. thanks

Randy was fantastic. We just flew over the fjords and he made the trip amazing. He added a personal touch along with great music which added to the ambiance. I would highly recommend him! Definitely worth going to over the larger carriers!

Randy was awesome. Flight was great. Definitely give him a call first. Took his time. Local business. He is from the area. Small intimate plane. Clean and neat he seemed to care a lit for his business and clientele.

Randy, owner and pilot, cares about his customers. It's clear he's passionate about safety, which is not true of every company. I'm glad I did my homework. We had a great experience. The landings were incredibly smooth. If you go during a quarter moon when the tides are not too high you might get to go a shore. Regardless, it... More

I can't say enough good things about this company. Everything from the moment we booked until the end of our tour was absolutely fantastic! The plane was beautiful and well maintained, the ride was incredibly smooth (we didn't even realize we had landed!), and the entire staff at Mountain Air really treated us well. We did the Traitor's Cove bear... More
